A fun visit with my parents and aunt

So, it has been a while since my parents visited, and I am just now posting! We really enjoyed having them and my aunt Nondes around. On the weekend, we drove down to Alamosa in southern Colorado. The scenery during the drive alone makes that trip worth it, but we were able to stay two nights down there and enjoy the area. Saturday morning, we boarded a train in Antonito, which is hardly even a town. We spent that day on the train that is part of the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic railway. It weaves along the Colorado/New Mexico border, going up into the mountains, and then coming back down. It was gorgeous and relaxing, and the boys did great, even taking naps on laps. What a special treat! Then on Sunday, we drove to the Great Sand Dunes National Park, which is not far from Alamosa. I just can't get enough of that park - it is one of the most beautiful places I've ever been. We played there for a while and then headed for home. All in all, it was a great trip. The pictures are in reverse order...I keep forgetting that it loads them backwards! :)

Austin LOVED the train. He still talks about "our red train."

Love the close up of Austin--what a cutie! And such a mix of you two. And love the pic of Wyatt sleeping on you. And of course, the cheerleading move. Enjoy that beauty for us! Love you!
