Less Water for the Pasta - I was Right

To all of my friends and acquitances who have told me you need 4 to 6 quarts of water to boil a pound of pasta, because that's how everyone's always done it, check out the article, then do your own experiment, then if you've done that and you still think you're right, at least consider the comments of Lidia Bastianich and Marcella Hazan, and admit that you can probably use less water without affecting taste or texture.
